Websites that search all the homes on the MLS allow for consumers to find homes easier and allows for agents to advertise homes for less money. Not only has the Internet has made a difference in the industry, but so has e-fax, text messaging, laptop computers, wireless Internet and more. For instance, with our new state of the art Tablet PC's, we can type the contract and have the seller/buyer digitally sign it right there. Then, it's easy to email a clean copy to anyone and produces less of a paper trail. This gets offers and contracts more quickly to where they need to be.
